- This is really an excellent
reincarnation book. It covers many aspects of the topic, and
has lots of stories. Many of the stories I've never heard
before, and it's nice to have them all together in this
book. It also does not take a "rigid" view of the topic--i.e.
you come back to learn lessons about love & life, to pay
back karma, etc.--it basically proposes that you just come
back, and there appears to be many reasons for doing so. In
other words, Lenz doesn't propose he has reincarnation all
figured out, much as Brian Weiss and other past life writers
seem to do. Instead he presents a captivating study of
personal interviews with people who have had past lives
remembrances. I highly recommend it.

believe it at first, but after reading this study on many

one (just for the cool cover!). I came across this book
after reading "Total Relaxation" by the same author. In this
book, the author shares several stories of Near Death
Experience and how it relates to past life exploration. He
also shares tips, techniques and more for delving into your
own past lives. This truly is one of those books that will
bring you so much peace...
